Brittnee Lee Edmonds is a name that you’re probably going to be hearing a lot of in the near future. She is the new-found country prodigy from Dallas, Texas, and she’s only 21 years old. Not only has Brittnee performed for her high school, church, and even in different states, but she also traveled to Chattanooga, Tennessee with her parents to try out for American Idol, Junior, where her career skyrocketed.
Brittnee Lee Edmonds was born on November 16, 1990 to parents John and Deena Edmonds; and little did they know that they were holding a future star of Dallas in their hands. Brittnee Lee began singing in front of Mom, Dad and family when she was just 8 years old, and by the time she was around teenager age she began performing at other gigs. Mom and Dad (John and Deena Edmonds) soon realized that they were not the only ones in Texas, let alone other states, who knew the power of little Brittnee’s voice.
